I wanted to share my journey with Type 2 diabetes, and the amazing results I’ve experienced by committing to regular exercise and making mindful food choices every day.
Committing to regular exercise, choosing nutritious foods, and maintaining consistent discipline in my eating habits, it’s been a rewarding experience, and I hope my story inspires you to start or continue your own health journey!
Sorry for my late update or not regularly updating my blog post, again doing something new is always a fight especially in my situation that net is not stable job schedule is very Taft as you read in my previous blog post that we don’t have day off in the ship its totally 6 months contract without day off.
Ones again excuses are always available, and please include me in those who are doing it because I’m also having an excuse and still, I can feel it and did it until the present.
There is changes let see if you ask me to grade where I am for now let say from 1 to 10, I’m at 8 so its not bad and here is the update photo of my lazy exercise just to be honest daily exercise I’m still fighting with it laziness, excuses and a lot more.

Improved Mental Health and Mood, Exercise releases endorphins, and combined with healthy eating, it helped me feel happier and more balanced. I find myself more focused, less stressed, and better equipped to handle daily challenges.
Healthy Weight Management, consistently choosing wholesome foods and staying active has contributed to a gradual, sustainable weight loss. More importantly, I feel stronger and more confident in my skin.
Better Sleep Quality and Reduced Stress
Sticking to my routine has also helped me sleep better, I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and manage stress more effectively. Good sleep and stress management are essential for blood sugar regulation, and I’ve noticed positive changes in both areas.
Enhanced Overall Well-being, most importantly, this lifestyle has made me feel healthier and more vibrant. I’ve developed a greater appreciation for taking care of my body, and it reflects in my improved posture, skin, and overall vitality.
Blood Sugar Levels Are Better Controlled, Since embracing a routine of daily physical activity and mindful eating, my blood sugar readings have become more stable and within healthier ranges. This has significantly reduced my reliance on medication and made me feel more in control of my health.
Increased Energy and Well-being, Regular exercise has boosted my energy levels and improved my mood. Eating balanced, wholesome foods has provided my body with the nutrients it needs, helping me feel more vibrant and less fatigued throughout the day.
Weight Loss and Improved Fitness, Consistent discipline in my diet has supported gradual weight loss, which is a crucial part of managing Type 2 diabetes. I feel stronger and more capable with each passing week, and my overall fitness has improved.
A Renewed Sense of Control and Hope, Most importantly, this disciplined approach has given me confidence and hope. Managing diabetes is a journey, but these small, consistent steps are making a big difference in my health and outlook on life.
I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made and motivated to continue this healthy lifestyle. If you’re on a similar path, remember that consistency and discipline can lead to meaningful improvements.
