Tea is more than just a comforting beverage it can also be a powerful natural remedy for managing Type 2 diabetes. Certain teas help regulate blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and support overall health. Here are the best teas for diabetes and their key benefits.

How I chose my green tea daily, well if I’m on the ship specially in Japan itinerary tea is easy because I don’t need to pay for it and Japanese like tea and for that reason during my time in Japan season we always have their kettle in the stateroom with tea.

Few years ago before pandemic I’m not addicted with the green tea besides I ignore most of the time, for short I’m not used to it and I feel nothing is like I’m not interested. Here come after pandemic when I’m in trouble with my health I become curios about food as you all know If you read my previews blog about my diabetic it’s a nasty part of my body to have that crack skin and smell fishy eww…..

For that reason I discovered not all food but most food that I see before I eat I will each first what is the benefit for my body I become investigator of food haha…but this is the reality we need to know before we eat it’s like what you eat is what you get very easy.

Today one of my colleague well go home because of his wife problem and when I heard about it I get nervous thinking that how about if I did not manage to change my habit I’m one of them that will cut the leg scary. My colleague said he need to be home because his wife need assistance because of diabetes problem and the doctor decided to cut the leg to survived, I really sorry for that.

Can you imagine if I’m still with my wrong habit of food I’m sure at this time I am suffering from very bad result and luckily for now I’m very happy with my decision so it’s up to us how we deal with our food or health.

Here is the tea that I like and I try but at home green tea is expensive I used the tea twice haha…
