Detecting Type 2 diabetes early can help you manage and prevent complications. Here are the most common early symptoms to watch for. As I mention for the last few segment that I have, I haven’t watch or I don’t know what I the outcome or symptoms of Type 2 diabetic.

Before my foot bloated and have a crack that was 5 to 6 months before I force to see the doctor I notice that there are few black spots and if I press my skin it takes time to go back to a normal or if you press the skin down to the bone always there is a small hole on it,

During that time I ignore it thing king that I’m over work or stay longer in the computer setting down. And stay as it is seems like nothing happen I’m hoping that it is a normal tired skin. Again I never thing to go and see the doctor because I’m very keen on the food that I take daily.

However, as I’m very careful of the food that I eat and two of this food that I think is normal makes my life miserable with a very bad result after two years of consistently so much enjoyed daily.

I will mention again what we normally called pandesal and 2 in 1 coffee make my body week as you see in my photo, before and after. The photo before when I look at it this time I feel pity to myself, I’m look old and exhausted hehe…however, if you see my new photo looks like energetic.
