While Type 2 diabetes requires medical management, home remedies and lifestyle changes can help regulate blood sugar levels and improve overall health. Here are some effective natural remedies you can try.

Also all of this food remedies I tried during the time that I experience illness I have a strong courage that I’m still not in a very bad situation with my type 2 diabetes and for this reason I promise to myself that I’m going to get back soon.

Disclaimer, please this is my experience and what happen to me is totally deferent from person to person, so I don’t want that you follow what I’m doing not to take my medicine. I ignore all the medicines that doctor give me that my wife is pushing me to drink daily.

However I’m if you want herbs I have a least of most of the herb that I take and it help me to recover faster and not only that, discipline on food is very important if you want to recover faster. What I mean is in everything you eat thing about how it help and affect your body that is my discipline.

Believe me in my first month I’m totally feels starving when I see the food that I regularly eat daily. I feel exhausted not to have my regular food as a normal person however, in my mind I’m afraid to be like my guest that when I’m changing the linen the blood stick on the linen by the food because of diabetic, and for this reason, I’m totally disagree to be belong of this kind of situation in the future, also I’m still dreaming to leave longer.

I remember for one week I suffer from very bad pain on my head maybe because of my foot is bloated, anyway until now I don’t have a prove of what is the cause for my pain on my head but as far as I know during that time I chose die because of the pain.

After few days I recover for the fever and I promise to myself that everything in my life will be change with regards food that I need to take because I wanted to recover.

Cinnamon Why? Cinnamon may help improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar levels. Add ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder to warm water or tea daily.
 Sprinkle cinnamon on oatmeal, yogurt, or smoothies.

Fenugreek Seeds Why? Fenugreek is rich in fiber and helps slow down digestion, improving blood sugar control. Soak 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds in water overnight and drink the water in the morning.
 Use fenugreek powder in cooking or take it in capsule form.

Apple Cider Vinegar Why? May reduce blood sugar spikes after meals and improve insulin function.Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink before meals.
 Do not drink it undiluted can harm teeth and stomach lining.

Bitter Gourd Bitter Melon Why? Contains compounds that mimic insulin and help lower blood sugar. Drink ½ on cup of fresh bitter melon juice on an empty stomach in the morning.
Cook bitter melon as a vegetable dish.

Aloe Vera Why? Aloe vera gel may lower fasting blood sugar and help with insulin resistance.
 Drink 1 tablespoon or fresh aloe vera juice daily. Combine it with water or add it to smoothies.

Flaxseeds  Why? High in fiber and omega-3 which help control blood sugar and reduce inflammation. Consume 1tablespoon of ground flaxseeds mixed with water or in smoothies.
Add to yogurt, soups, or baked goods.

Curry Leaves Why? Help reduce insulin resistance and prevent blood sugar spikes.
Chew 5-10 fresh curry leaves in the morning on an empty stomach.
Add curry leaves to your meals for extra benefits.

Drumstick  Moringa Leaves Why? Moringa helps reduce blood sugar levels and provides antioxidants. Drink moringa tea or mix dried moringa powder into smoothies.
 Use fresh leaves in salads or soups. Here in the ship I have limited supply with my regular or we called it power herbs, this herbs I regularly make as smoothie  daily 30 minutes before food 3 times before breakfast, lunch and dinner,

Here is my power herbs that I’m missing here in the ship because its not allowed to bring powder in Australia so I did not manage to bring.

Leaves of moringa — 1spoon

Leaves of sweet potatoes — 1spoon

Leaves of Chili — 1spoon

Leaves of we called it saluyot — 1 spoon

Cloves of garlic — 2

1 — spoon of honey

1piece of banana —–where I leave is I serve fresh and this is only an example if you don’t have a fresh leaves where you are. Where you leave is different food availability however, now a days powder also is available online.

Manage Stress & Sleep Why? High stress and poor sleep can increase blood sugar levels.
Practice deep breathing, yoga, or meditation also I would like to dance because its easy for me, however, if you are not used to it a little bet hard but still I’m doing it and learning just to add to my exercise routine.

Regular Exercise Why? Helps improve insulin sensitivity and lowers blood sugar.
Try brisk walking, cycling, swimming, or yoga at least 30 minutes daily.
Strength training light weights or bodyweight exercises helps build muscle and control glucose.

Here while I am working I try my best to have time in my regular exercise even sometimes I’m losing break or short break at least in a week I have 5 to 6 times exercise just push up, stretching mostly I got sweating with my push up and abs exercise.
