Before I begin anew, let me recount my recent food choices. You’ll notice little change in my selected meals.

As I mentioned in a previous blog post, adjusting to dietary changes was difficult. I longed for the familiar satisfaction of indulging in my favorite foods. However, driven by my desire to improve my health, I endured and surpassed these cravings.

This is the photo of my daily food just to have a record or documented my health journey for future reference as part of my heathy food diet.

Now, I no longer crave tempting dishes because I’ve grown accustomed to consuming natural, predominantly vegetable-based foods, yielding positive results for my body.

During my week at the gym, I encountered someone knowledgeable about fitness programs. His physique and advice inspired me to strive for a similar body.

After learning about the essentials our bodies require, I sought guidance on gaining muscle mass and shaping my physique, eagerly following the regimen he recommended. And I’ll keep you updated on my health journey’s progress.

Day 3 rest (total body recovery)

Since being diagnosed with diabetes, I’ve become acutely aware of my overall well-being. Previously, my approach to food and my body was casual; I ate without considering the consequences. However, my recent struggles have taught me valuable lessons, prompting me to become more cautious over the past year.

Fortunately, I sought treatment for my diabetes early on. Knowing it was a recent development, I remained consistent and dedicated to healing naturally to avoid making things worse.

I meticulously monitored my diet, prioritizing natural foods. Through discipline and self-awareness, I’ve learned that recovery from illness is achievable with determination, despite the challenges posed by unhealthy eating habits.

Over the past six months, I’ve observed the consequences of consuming excessive carbohydrates, sugars, and salt, experiencing foot ulcers and swelling. Despite the recurring discomfort, my stubbornness and self-belief fueled my commitment to natural healing methods.

Understanding the root cause of my foot swelling, I quickly changed my diet to reduce things that were making my condition worse. By avoiding carb-rich, sweet, and salty foods, I noticed a significant improvement in my condition. This dietary adjustment became my daily routine, resulting in positive outcomes and eventual healing of my diabetes.

I hope I’ve provided some insight into maintaining good health. Feel free to share your thoughts, and I’d be happy to hear your comments.

Ones again thank you very much for time
