In my nearly one-week journey of incorporating exercise into my new routine to prevent my diabetes from resurfacing, I’ve encountered some challenges. As we all know, whenever there’s something new, most of us tend to struggle or resist the change.

To provide an update, I’ll be honest with you—I’ve been struggling due to my work schedule, as I mentioned in my last blog post. Working on land offers more flexibility because there’s usually a day off each week, making time management easier.

However, at sea, where I work on a ship, managing time is still possible, but the challenge lies in sharing a cabin. I can’t freely do whatever I want in the cabin; I need to be disciplined in every aspect, including being mindful of noise, like not flushing the toilet after urinating due to the loud vacuum system onboard. This can disturb cabin mates, especially late at night.

Anyway, I just wanted to give you a glimpse of what’s going on with me and my exercise journey. It’s been almost a week, and I remain committed to my health program, which includes changing my dietary habits and exercising regularly to prevent diabetes from recurring.

Over the past few days, I’ve been consistent with my exercise routine. I’ve experimented with different workout times, initially trying to exercise during my off-time at 3:00 PM, then in the early morning at 4:30 AM, which left me feeling energized but sleep-deprived. I also attempted exercising in the afternoon before work, following a short nap, and found this to be the most suitable time for me, around 3:00 PM.

I’ll continue to exercise after work as I feel comfortable with this timing. As for the results, I’ve noticed that I feel more energetic and powerful after each workout session.

I’m determined to achieve my goal of improving my body posture and obtaining a six-pack within two months. I know it’s challenging, but I’ve made a commitment to myself, and I’m determined to fulfill it.

I’ve even started uploading content on YouTube and TikTok, aiming to achieve my dream of having a six-pack within two months.

I’ll persist in my efforts to make exercising a regular part of my routine to attain a healthier body, especially considering the health issues I’ve faced. My physician has emphasized the importance of exercise for overall well-being, and I believe it’s crucial for building endurance and maintaining proper blood circulation.

On a lighter note, amidst my days of exercise, I found time to go swimming at a tender port of Dravuni Island during my off-day from exercising. It was a refreshing break.

I also want to share my daily dietary choices, which you can see in the attached picture.

My diet mainly consists of foods low in carbohydrates, sugars, salt, and anything I consider unnatural or detrimental to my health. Initially, I felt constantly hungry when I changed my eating habits, and it was tough to resist cravings. But I understand the importance of being cautious with my food choices to avoid relapse into illness.

I hope you won’t tire of following my health journey, and I’m sincerely grateful for your valuable time spent reading about my real experiences with health, which has become my focus since overcoming illness.

If you have any health-related insights to share, I’d be delighted to hear from you. Please feel free to leave a message.

Once again, thank you very much.
