First here is the photo of my daily meal for the update of my daily diet and still nothing change for now as you can see.

In my previous blog, I showed how my allergies manifested after or while I had diabetes. I will now update you, like my last segment or blog post, about my diabetes and health diet exercise.
For over a year, I have been struggling with the pain on my feet, which went on and off before it fully healed. Due to my high sugar and high creatinine, allergy, I didn’t pay much attention to it at first since it’s not severe and it’s healing. I’ve also shown you the swelling of my fingers and the peeling of the skin due to the mixture of my diabetes and allergies.
Now, I’m attaching the photo again showing the result of my allergy, which I’ve been treating for over a month, and the results have been good. I’m also happy because I no longer worry about my diabetes, which I used to ignore before, even though my body or my feet were already showing signs of having diabetes.
I am grateful now that the skin on my feet has healed because before, I was embarrassed to wear sandals as people could see the state that my feet were in. Especially when I’m off duty, my cabin mate often sees me, so I always wear socks to avoid being noticed. I also worry about being judged because if anyone sees it, I feel ashamed. When I go on vacation, I just wear shoes because I don’t want anyone to see the sores.
The doctor said during my last consultation to change the habit of always scratching or wearing socks. This will only aggravate it more. he said that the result of that on the skin is not good because the skin or wound would always covered which could host a breeding ground for bacteria.
In my experience, it’s important to consult a doctor about any illness and not ignore it like I used to. I used to think that the feet were swelling due to standing for a long time during my commute. Health is very important, and I ignored the signs that mine was failing.
Now that I’m mostly healed, I’m being more careful, especially with what I eat, and I’ve also developed a routine for everything regarding my health.
I now sleep according to schedule; I sleep at 1 am and wake up at 6 am. I’ve been doing this for a long time, imagine 24 years, that’s almost half of my life. Before I finish update on my rash and allergies.
Here is a photo again of my healed, and now, normal sized fingers due to this medicine, which you can see in the photo.

I’m expressing my gratitude to it because I am now worry-free about the rash on my feet.
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor; I don’t recommend anybody taking this medicine without consulting an actual doctor first. I’m just showing this as an example of a positive result in curing my illness.
It’s better to consult a doctor immediately for treatment and not ignore it, like what I did, thinking this illness was small. Thank you again for your time and for reading about my health experience.
In my next blog post, I will update you on the outcome of my health journey regarding my exciting regular exercise, which is still related to my diabetes issue.
I hope you have learned something from my experience, and if you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to leave a message.
Once again, thank you very much
