Hello everyone, here I am again. It’s been quite a few days since I last updated, and I’ve been constantly thinking about it. It just so happened that my regular doctor was on vacation, the one I’m accustomed to seeing for my check-ups.
Now, let me update you on the outcome of my laboratory tests from last week, which I’ve been eagerly awaiting to hear about regarding my type 2 diabetes. Today, I went to my regular doctor to show her the results from the previous week.
The results were only revealed to me today. After the doctor reviewed the lab results, he informed me that I am now free of diabetes due to the balanced or normal readings of my creatinine and low blood sugar levels. I was overwhelmed with gratitude upon hearing this from the doctor.
I’ve attached a screenshot of my lab results so that you can have an idea, and I’ve separated the documents that aren’t meant for me, solely for the privacy of my regular doctor.

The doctor started asking me about the medications I’m taking or my maintenance drugs. I told him that I used to have prescriptions, but I didn’t buy them. Instead, I bought natural or herbal medicines because I felt confident that my condition wasn’t critical yet.
I wondered if natural remedies could heal my condition. At present, I’m no longer worried about my condition because I found out that my kidneys and blood sugar are fine, which lightened my spirits. I’ll also be more mindful of what I eat to prevent the return of my illness.
The doctor advised me to continue with what I’m doing for my health because the results are good. He also told me to add exercise, even just four days a week, to normalize my health program along with my dietary habits. He emphasized that I should stick to natural methods whenever possible.
So from now on, I’ll include my exercise routine in my blog updates, and I’ll try to update you at least three times a week on my progress. I hope you enjoy my updates regarding my health journey.
If you have any advice, suggestions, or questions, feel free to leave a note or comment. I would be delighted to receive them. I hope I’ve been able to provide some insight or ideas on how to prevent diabetes.
Until next time,
Thank you very much,
Reynaldo M. Oliva
