Hi, everyone! I hope you’re well. I just arrived home around 2 pm from the laboratory. Starting at 8 am was a bit challenging due to the long queue for the ultrasound. The doctor advised me to come back around 12 noon.
So, I decided to drop by my agency for the follow-up of my physical exam, which the company requires before I go back on board the ship. Finally, I received a surprise with a positive result that I did not expect. I thought I still had an issue with my diabetes, but the result indicates that I am fit to work at sea.
I’ve included a screenshot to show the update of my daily journey in managing my diabetes progress. Apart from that result, I am currently in Manila for my medical purposes. Before leaving home, I also had an examination of my creatinine and blood sugar, which I just received today because I live in the province and it took about 24 hours to travel by bus.

The purpose of my visit here in Manila is for my company medical and my personal medical check-up. Aside from the company check-up, I also have my personal physician to double-check my progress. Today, I underwent an ultrasound, and the results will be available tomorrow around 2 pm.
The doctor who conducted my check-up recommended an ultrasound because of a dark spot on my feet, approximately 3 inches, as you can see in my previous post and the latest photo that you can see now. He mentioned that we need to determine the reason for this black spot or clutch around my knee because it’s not normal.

For now, I’ll conclude my story for today, and I’ll provide you with an update tomorrow on the reason behind the round black clutch on my feet. Once again, thank you very much for taking the time to read my blog. If you have any suggestions, please leave me a message, and I’ll be happy to hear from you.
Thank you once again.
